Teamwork
One Family. With 70+ agents, we have created a fun, laid-back atmosphere with the camaraderie of a large family. We help each other, we work together, and we learn and build from one another. While we recognize each agent is their own small business, when you walk in our office, you wouldn't know it. We collaborate on large real estate projects, we ask questions of each other, we brainstorm on tough situations, and we celebrate together.
Office Support. We have five full-time staff, incuding 2 Brokers, dedicated to helping you become successful in real estate. Our front desk staff will greet your clients with a smile 7 days a week, schedule showing appointments and answer phone calls. Our back-end office staff processes paperwork and sorts through details allowing you to spend more time with the people that matter the most, your clients.
Community. We work hard and play hard. We have a lot of fun together and always have events to get to know each other better. We coordinate happy hours, attend a Cardinals game each fall, plan events like freezer meal workshops, host a holiday party, and most recently started a book club for our agents!
Tools & Systems

We include access to advanced Customer Relationship Management software to help you stay in contact with your clients and build relationships for life. We provide the technology that every Realtor should have in the business, and make it a necessity.
Lead Generation. We also provide many opportunities for generating leads, both nation-wide and locally in the office. We are a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (a broker-to-broker referral network), we host "floor" duty (without the requirement of sitting in the office wasting time), we are members of most of the top relocation companies in the US, and provide resources to grow your business.
Education
Focus on Success. Our approach to business has always been, "Do it right the first time." Our 9-week intensive training program teaches everything including how to use our listing presentations, meeting with buyers, the offer process, online presence & business planning, marketing and more.
Office Meetings. We host weekly educational office meetings which always include applicable tips & quick training that can be used in your daily routine. These are also available via Skype if you are not able to make it to the office for each meeting.
Broker Support. With two full-time Brokers in-office, your questions and problems are answered when you need it. In real estate, we understand the importance of now, so our brokers are available to you both during and after office hours to assist you in your business needs.
Continuing Education. Relevant, applicable CE courses are taught in-house by our Brokers at no charge to make the most of your 12 hours.
Weichert U. Access to over 200 online courses & webinars, including weekly live webinars, and review of the most important topics we tackle in real estate.

Market Share. We have been a brokerage in Columbia since 2004, and joined the Weichert brand in 2007. Since then, we have grown over 200% and are now #3 in market share in Boone County.
Weichert Warriors.We created Weichert Warriors to provide opportunities for our agents to volunteer and give back to our community. Since beginning in 2017, we have donated numerous hours to organizations like Coyote Hill, Ronald McDonald House, Central Missouri Food Bank, Services for Independent Living, and more. Whether we are delivering Thanksgiving dinner or cleaning up seniors' yards, we have fun together and are improving the world around us.
