Office Support. We have five full-time staff, incuding 2 Brokers, dedicated to helping you become successful in real estate. Our front desk staff will greet your clients with a smile 7 days a week, schedule showing appointments and answer phone calls. Our back-end office staff processes paperwork and sorts through details allowing you to spend more time with the people that matter the most, your clients.
Community. We work hard and play hard. We have a lot of fun together and always have events to get to know each other better. We coordinate happy hours, attend a Cardinals game each fall, plan events like freezer meal workshops, host a holiday party, and most recently started a book club for our agents!

Focus on Success. Our approach to business has always been, "Do it right the first time." Our 9-week intensive training program teaches everything including how to use our listing presentations, meeting with buyers, the offer process, online presence & business planning, marketing and more.
Office Meetings. We host weekly educational office meetings which always include applicable tips & quick training that can be used in your daily routine. These are also available via Skype if you are not able to make it to the office for each meeting.
Broker Support. With two full-time Brokers in-office, your questions and problems are answered when you need it. In real estate, we understand the importance of now, so our brokers are available to you both during and after office hours to assist you in your business needs.
Continuing Education. Relevant, applicable CE courses are taught in-house by our Brokers at no charge to make the most of your 12 hours.
